We ship within the United States for a flat rate of $12.
We are happy to ship internationally for a flat rate of $50. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom fees that may apply.
SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
United States orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 5-7 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.
International orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 5-14 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

Due to the nature of our products, Skin By Shara Aesthetics does not offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. This applies to all services, products, and digital products. You may not obtain a credit for Skin By Shara Aesthetics nor apply your total amount towards any other products or services at Skin By Shara Aesthetics. Products that leave our office may not be returned back to our office under any circumstances. We reserve the right to uphold this policy.
ACNE BOOTCAMP

Shara’s Acne Bootcamp has a 99% success rate leaving her clients with jaw dropping sustainable results. Over a period of 12 weeks you will follow your provided regimen along with additional treatments with check ins and adjustments along the way. This program is also offered remotely with virtual consultation and check ins as well as products delivered right to your home with an equal success rate for dedicated clients.
step one
First, the bootcamp begins with an in-depth consultation to discuss your skin history, challenges and goals. Shara will then tailor a custom regimen with products and treatments recommended for your best results.
step two
Next, you will be given one on one instruction on the why behind products Shara chooses for
you as well as the details of how to properly use each product step by step so that you can feel
confident, informed and in control of your journey to your best skin.
step three
Lastly, you will be scheduled for 6 biweekly treatments chosen specifically to hydrate, purify &
reduce inflammation. Upon completing the first 12 weeks your results will speak for yourself and
future treatments can be planned accordingly.
important notice
Current and recent Acutane users will need to wait at least 6 months following the end of your last Acutane cycle in order to ensure the integrity of the skin which is incredibly fragile following Acutane treatment.

Unable to come to Charlotte for the Acne Bootcamp? No problem! Shara’s remote Bootcamp clients from all over the country have experienced breathtaking clear skin results.
Your in depth skin consultation will occur via Zoom and Shara will use that information to curate a personally tailored skincare regimen with products selected to help you reach your skin goals.
After your consultation and product selection your products will be shipped directly to you and you will receive a one on one virtual consultation for direction on product application and order. You will also receive biweekly check ins to assess progress and make adjustments as needed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the virtual nature of this Bootcamp, you will receive products and biweekly check ins but no scheduled treatments.
