I carefully tailored this program for those with a foundation that need guidance on creating strategic scaling techniques, mastering client relationships, and assistance with marketing and branding.

In this group I’ll be sharing the exact strategies that took me from making 5k a month, to making over 30k a month, as a successful solo esthetician, working with my dream clients. The Silver tier of my program represents my personal roadmap where we'll dive into scaling techniques, perfecting those client connections, and crafting a brand that truly resonates.

One-on-One Business Consultation
The silver mentorship program kicks off with a 30-minute personalized consultation session with me. During this session, we’ll discuss your current business challenges, goals, and aspirations. I’ll provide you with master-mind, tailored advice, business strategies, and a 12 Week Business Plan with actionable steps to help you scale your aesthetic business effectively, and start getting clients in the door.

27 hours of Monthly Group Q&A Sessions!
This is where the fun begins! My Exclusive Esthetician Group Coaching Calls—are an embodiment of everything I stand for as an esthetician. From my own experience with online courses, I decided to take a different approach in my group and ditch the traditional route of creating a self-paced course, by creating something more intimate and dynamic – Why? Because let's be real, scrolling through a course module can't replace the magic that happens in a live conversation. After trying the self-paced approach, I realized there's nothing quite like having that direct line to your mentor.

These group coaching calls are designed to allow you to exchange ideas and ask questions that are met with direct answers and strategies that you can implement in your business immediately. The group dynamic ensures a diverse learning experience, incorporating not only my expertise but also the perspectives of seasoned estheticians within the industry.

As part of the Silver Mentorship Program, you will have access to 9 of my monthly group Q&A sessions. Classes are 3 hours each, meaning you'll receive a total of 27 hours of group coaching calls. 

6 Individual Business Coaching Sessions 

You’ll receive 6, one-on-one, 1 hour business coaching sessions with Shara. These calls are held virtually via zoom and are an essential part of your success during the 4 week program. 

In each of your sessions, here’s what’s covered:

By your last call with me, you’ll feel more than confident to take the strategies and methods I teach you, and implement them into your business! 

Customized Marketing Strategy:

Those in the Silver Mentorship Program will receive a personalized marketing strategy tailored to their business. I will analyze your target market, competition, and current marketing efforts to develop a comprehensive plan that will help you attract more clients and increase your visibility.' Together, we will create a personalized marketing strategy that speaks uniquely to your esthetic brand. We'll start by identifying what makes your brand unique and together, we'll create an authentic narrative to deepen connections with your clientele. The Personalized Marketing Strategy includes a clear roadmap for strategic growth based on your goals. We'll also work together to enhance your social media presence with tailored content and engagement strategies.
