SKIN BY SHARA AESTHETICS POLICIES
-All appointments require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, this applies to new and existing clients. Deposits can be paid during the time of your appointment, via invoice, or by emailing our office at info@skinbyshara.com
-We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions. This includes the NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all consultations and services.
-No Botox, Filler, PDO Threads, Laser, or any invasive procedure (including any facial treatments, sunburn, facial waxing, or harsh exfoliants including retinol) within 2 weeks of appointment.
-If you need to reschedule or cancel you have up until 48 hours before your appointment. Appointments rescheduled or canceled within the 48 hour time frame, will be charged the full cost of the service and the deposit will be deemed as non-refundable. Our staff will reach out 2-3 times to confirm your appointment before the 48 hour mark, but to avoid any fees please contact us as soon as possible for any changes to your appointment.
-If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, you will be automatically billed a $50 late fee. After 15 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge full cost of service. In addition, the entire cost of service will be charged if the patient fails to show for an appointment. This fee cannot be put towards a future service, and will be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time.
-We ask that you please do not book if you have been in contact with someone with Covid 19 within 14 days prior to your appointment, and we urge all clients to monitor their symptoms to adjust isolation time accordingly, in addition do not book if you are experiencing any of the following Covid-19 Symptoms – fever or chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, new muscle aches, headaches, loss of appetite, loss of sense of smell or taste, extreme fatigue or tiredness, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. All appointments canceled or rescheduled after our 48 hour cancellation policy, will forfeit the $50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, and will be charged full cost of service. This fee cannot be put towards a future service, and will be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-To uphold the safest environment possible we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas, this includes infants and children. If you cannot comply with this policy, you may be asked to reschedule.
